Dear Tracey:

Wow! That’s the only word that I can think of to describe what went on at our Annual General Meeting in Whistler last weekend. What an amazing and talented entertainer you are!

“You made everybody look good.”

In my wildest dreams, I could not have imagined the success story of our banquet. You single-handedly turned the program into the most record-breaking accomplishment an event planner could possibly boast about. You made everybody look good. The only problem now is, how can we ever top this year? I’m thinking I might as well pack it in right now! (But, of course, a challenge is a good thing!).

So, “thank you” hardly seems like enough to say. But, please accept our gratitude for your professionalism and your kindness. I very much hope that we can work together again very soon… and would actually like to talk to you about something completely different for next year…
